CELEBRATED GUITARIST JESSE COOK ANNOUNCES HIGHLY ANTICIPATED U.S. TOUR
NASHVILLE, TN--September 16, 2024--Just back from his hugely successful European tour, which included sold out concerts in London, Munich, and Vienna, world-renowned guitarist Jesse Cook today announced his 2024-2025 U.S. concert dates.
Cook, who has sold over 2 million records, captivates audiences worldwide with his unparalleled virtuosity and distinctive blend of world music influences. The 39-city tour will span from east to west, beginning November 7, 2024 in Washington, D.C. and wrapping May 4, 2025 in Buffalo, NY. A complete list of dates, markets, and venues is below.
Cook's following has expanded exponentially over the last two years, with over 70 million YouTube views, 2.5 million monthly Pandora streams, and Instagram followers at more than half a million. His five live concert specials continue to be aired on PBS stations across the U.S.
Celebrated for his vast catalog of intricate and original material, Cook’s concerts resonate deeply with audience members of all backgrounds and age groups. Hesitant when it comes to labeling his eclectic style of music, Cook comments, “I don’t think naming it is important. I think if people are moved by it—if it touches their hearts—that’s what matters most to me.”
Moved they are, as demand for Cook grows exponentially, with venue sizes increasing and dates continually being added to his ongoing world tour. This fall, he will return to Spain, Italy, Ireland, France, and the U.K. Early next year, he will continue touring across Canada, and has performances scheduled in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in late May.
Cook tours with a stellar band of musicians – Fethi Nadjem, violin and mandole; Dan Minchom, bass; and Matais Recharte or Marito Marques, drums, cajon and percussion.
While in the midst of this hectic touring schedule, Cook has also been spending time in his studio in Canada recording his next album, due for release in early 2025. His most recent album, Libre, was released in 2021, and 2023 and 2024 have been packed full of firsts, as Cook’s career continues to accelerate at a blinding pace. He recently sold out a four-night concert run in Paris, was welcomed enthusiastically by fans across Europe from the UK to Poland to Germany, and last fall was invited to participate in Eric Clapton’s legendary Crossroads Guitar Festival in Los Angeles.
